Hotel Terms & Conditions

  1. Booking Confirmation

    • Bookings are confirmed only after full payment through InstaRoomz.

    • Guests must present a valid government photo ID (Aadhaar, PAN, Passport, Driving License) at check-in.

  2. Check-In & Check-Out Timings

    • Check-in Time: 12:00 PM

    • Check-out Time: 11:00 AM

    • Early check-in / late check-out is subject to availability and extra charges.

  3. Hourly Bookings

    • We offer 3-hour, 6-hour, 12-hour, and full-day stays.

    • Extension beyond booked hours will be charged as per hotel policy.

  4. Guest Policy

    • Only the number of guests mentioned at booking will be allowed.

    • Visitors are not allowed in rooms after 10:00 PM.

  5. Couple-Friendly Policy

    • Couples must be 18+ and carry valid government ID proof.

    • The hotel reserves the right to deny check-in to unmarried/unrelated couples without valid ID.

  6. Cancellation & Refund

    • Free cancellation up to 24 hours before check-in.

    • No refund if canceled within 24 hours of check-in or for no-shows.

    • Refunds (if eligible) will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  7. Damage to Property

    • Guests are liable for any damage or loss caused to hotel property during their stay.

  8. Prohibited Activities

    • Illegal activities, drug use, and loud music are strictly prohibited.

    • Smoking is not allowed in non-smoking rooms or indoor common areas.

  9. Payment Policy

    • All bookings must be prepaid through InstaRoomz.

    • Taxes are additional and applicable as per government norms.

  10. Hotel Rights & Discretion

  • The hotel may refuse accommodation for misbehavior or intoxication.

  • Management reserves the right to take final decisions in case of disputes.
